Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made items are final sale.

This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized products due to:

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Ordering the wrong size, style, or design

  • Minor variations in color or appearance


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

  • The issue must not be caused by misuse, normal wear, or customer error

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Accuracy & Approval

Perstarly is not responsible for mistakes made in customer-submitted text, images, or design selections.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.


Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Issues

Perstarly is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
